Marya Lenn Yee has extensive experience
in virtually all aspects of trademark and copyright practice, including
day-to-day counseling regarding the adoption of trademarks, the
supervision and maintenance of registrations for copyrights, trademarks
and domain names, the direct handling of disputes in the Patent
and Trademark Office and the online Domain Magistrate for domain
names disputes, the negotiation and drafting of licenses and agreements
for the exploitation of intellectual property rights, and litigation
of infringement, unfair competition and cyber-squatting claims.
Marya has been on the cutting edge of several legal issues including:

Marya is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School. She is a long time Trustee
and member of the Copyright Society of the USA and has served on its Executive
committee and as Chair of its New York Chapter for many years. She served
as co-editor-in-chief of The Intellectual Property Strategist for several
years and remains on its Editorial Board.
Marya is admitted to the bars of New York; U.S. District Court, Eastern and Southern
Districts of New York; U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit; U.S. District Court, District of Arizona;
and U.S. Court of Appeals, Second Circuit.
