The partners and staff of Donovan Calvaruso & Yee LLP mourn the loss of our esteemed partner, Marya Yee, who died suddenly on November 30, 2008. Over the years, Marya touched many friends, colleagues, and clients with her intelligence, warmth and generosity of spirit. She was one of the most respected litigators in the copyright, trademark and unfair competition area. She will be sorely missed by all.
