Jennifer is an associate with the firm. Prior to joining
Donovan & Yee LLP, Jennifer was associated with the litigation and dispute resolution department
of a major New York law firm where her practice focused on complex commercial litigation.
Jennifer has represented clients in a wide range of commercial disputes, including breach
of contract, copyright and trademark infringement and licensing disputes, false advertising, intellectual
property registration and maintenance, unfair competition, breach of fiduciary duty, business torts, fraud,
insurance coverage, inheritance rights, corporate successor liability, bankruptcy, internal corporate
investigations, and debtor/creditor matters.
Jennifer is deeply devoted to pro bono work and has handled a variety of matters including on
behalf of the Juvenile Rights Division of the Legal Aid Society, and the New York Corporation Counsel
Jennifer received her J.D., cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School in 2004 and her B.A. from the University of
Pennsylvania in 2001. While in law school, Jennifer served as the Executive Notes and Comments Editor of the Brooklyn
Journal of International Law, was a member of the Brooklyn Law School Moot Court Honor Society, and won 1st Prize in the
2003 Ruby R. Vale Interschool Corporate Moot Court Competition at Widner University School of Law. Jennifer was also a
Brooklyn Law School Carswell Merit Scholar and a 1975 Named Scholar. Additionally, Jennifer was a Law Clerk for the Honorable
Raymond J. Dearie of the U.S. District Court of the Eastern District of New York in 2002.
Jennifer is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey, as well as the United States Court of Appeals
for the Second Circuit, and the United State District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District
of New Jersey.
