| Christina focuses her practice on all aspects of intellectual property law, encompassing copyright, trademark and unfair competition litigation, trademark prosecution, and transactional intellectual property matters. She counsels clients on the protection, management and enforcement of brand names, packaging designs, and copyrighted content. Christina also oversees trademark clearance and domestic and foreign portfolios related to diverse industries, goods and services.
Prior to joining Donovan & Yee, Christina was an associate with the litigation department of a prominent national law firm. She developed extensive experience prosecuting and defending intellectual property disputes at the district and appellate court levels for leading clients in the media and entertainment industries.
Christina earned her Juris Doctor from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University. She was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, through which she authored a winning brief and received commendations in oral advocacy. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Fairfield University.
Christina is actively involved with several professional organizations, including being selected to serve on committees dedicated to intellectual property issues. She is admitted to practice before state courts in New York and Connecticut, as well as United States District Courts for the Southern, Eastern and Northern Districts of New York. She is fluent in Portuguese.
