Amy Opp is an associate with the firm.
She was previously associated with the litigation department of
a major New York firm, where she handled a variety of intellectual
property and commercial litigation matters. She has also worked
in an in-house capacity in connection with the enforcement and commercial
development of intellectual property rights.
Amy received her B.A. from Dickinson College and is a 2003 graduate
of St. John’s School of Law, where she was an Editor on the American
Bankruptcy Institute Law Review. She is also a recipient of the
St. John’s University School of Law Public Interest Fellowship.
Amy is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Copyright
Society of the U.S.A. She is admitted to practice in New York State
and in the United States District Court for the Southern District
of New York.
